Our candle refill service allows you to keep your original jar and have it refilled with a fresh, custom-blended candle at a discounted price.
Here’s how it works:
- Keep Your Jar: Once your candle is burned down, keep the jar—you can reuse it for your next candle refill!
- Email Us: Send an email to emberandivorycandleco@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your name and phone number
- A photo of your empty Ember & Ivory candle jar
- Let us know if you'd like a refill with your original scent or if you'd like to try something new!
Drop Off Your Vessel: Once we confirm the details, you can drop off your jar at our location in Orland Park, IL.
The refill process will take approximately 1.5 hours, so you’re welcome to run errands or relax while we prepare your fresh candle.
If you prefer, we can also arrange a pick-up at a later time or another day that works best for you!
Pricing: Refills are priced at $1 per ounce of wax used.
Please note, we only refill Ember & Ivory Candle Co. jars (we do not refill jars from other brands).
